All staff, contractors and sub-contractors work under the same strict guidelines when it comes to Work Health and Safety Management procedures. SWIMs are implemented for all procedures big and small.

Those provide guides and outline the steps required to complete each task safely and successfully. The SWMs are reviewed at a regular basis by our Safety officers.

Each project includes the establishment of its own emergency response plan. The plan is about prevention, being prepared and the response to the emergency. As part of our commitment to achieving the principles of health and safety in our workplace, we recognise our moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment for workers, contractors, customers and visitors.

This commitment extends to recognition that emergencies in the workplace can affect people both physically and psychologically, and ensuring that procedures are in place to eliminate or minimise the risk of any adverse impact of an emergency in the workplace.

At SydCorp we pride ourselves on focusing on the environment all of us live in. Our mission is to protect the surrounding flora and fauna. We accomplish this in a multi-faceted way;

• We adhere to all local and federal government laws and guidelines.
• We ensure the protection of local waterways and drainage systems to prevent any contamination.
• We protect the local biospheres by ensuring that soil which may be contaminated by invasive plant species – all tools are cleaned from soil particulates between project and job sites.
• We use ISO14001:2015 as strict guidelines to achieve the above protection of both plants and animals.

To ensure that each project has the same high-quality consistency, all four stages are subject to audits and periodic reviews. The four stages include: Quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and finally quality improvement.
